Practice Setting

• Inpatient consult service
• Adult patients only
• Located in Canton, Ohio

Schedule

• Monday–Friday days + 1:3 call rotation
• Weekly blocks available mid-August through fall
• Full-time or recurring weeks preferred

Cases and Procedures

• Hospice and Palliative Care consults only
• Daily census of 28–30 shared with 3 APPs and 1 MD
• Average 6–8 consults/day and 2–3 screens

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Ohio license or IMLC eligible
• DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Local or regional physicians preferred
• Travel/lodging not included
