With an established referral pipeline and immediate patient demand, you’ll have the opportunity to build a busy practice, develop your surgical volume, and become the community’s go-to ENT.

● $500,000 - $525,000+ Base Salary (negotiable based on experience) ● **$40,000 Signing Bonus **

● Build and shape the ENT service line from the ground up ● **No local ENT within the same healthcare system **

● Immediate patient volume and established referral base ● Call coverage included (flexibility to choose your week) ● 3–5 clinic days + **2 dedicated OR days weekly **
