The Practice:
- Focus: General "Bread & Butter" ENT.
- Volume: 15–20 patients per day; minimal pediatrics (<2%).
- Schedule: 3–5 clinic days; 2 dedicated OR days per week.
- Support: Dedicated Front/Back Office and a Referral Coordinator.
- Facilities: One office and coverage at two local hospitals.
The Compensation & Benefits:
