Practice Overview
- 100% outpatient general Pediatrics: preventive care, immunizations, and chronic disease management
- Supportive staffing model: 1:1 nurse-to-provider ratio with float support (~1.5 nurses/provider) plus a dedicated MA/RN/LPN
- Expanded mental health access via on-site telepsychiatry; ENT available as a visiting specialty
- Hospital call responsibilities with a current 1:4 rotation and collaborative pediatric call coverage with an external health partner
Schedule
- Monday–Friday outpatient clinic; typical hours 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
- 4x10s schedule option available
- Protected admin time: 1 hour daily (can be split into 15- or 30-minute blocks)
- Typical volume ~15 patients per provider per day; 30-minute new visits and 15–30-minute follow-ups
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary guarantee: $328,304 (3-year contract) plus wRVU incentive model
- Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary; relocation allowance: $15,000 (receipts-based)
- Quality and productivity bonuses offered; malpractice provided including tail coverage
- CME: $3,500 (or $5,000 for double-boarded); comprehensive benefits (Health/Dental/Vision/Life/STD/LTD) and professional fees covered (licensing, credentialing, dues)
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B)
