We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its growing team in Dickinson.

As the only hospital within a 90-mile radius, this respected facility serves a catchment area of approximately 26,000 residents and offers physicians the opportunity to practice meaningful, community-focused medicine in a supportive environment.

Practice Highlights

Schedule & Clinical Structure

• Outpatient/Inpatient Practice
• Monday-Friday schedule with Optional 4 x 10-hour shifts available
• Average 15 patients per day
• 1 hour of protected administrative time daily
• 1:4 call rotation

Compensation & Financial Package

• Base Salary: $328,304 with production incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: $32,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 (based on receipts)
• Loan Repayment & PSLF Eligible Employer
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Residents (PGY-2 and above) may access up to $24,000 as an education stipend paid toward qualifying loans during residency
