Join a well-established gastroenterology team in Cookeville, where you can step into a stable, well-supported practice with modern facilities and a strong referral base. Practice Details

  • Join a team of 5 gastroenterologists supported by 4 APRNs and experienced clinical staff
  • Single-hospital system with a clinic conveniently located nearby
  • New endoscopy suites opening soon with updated technology
  • Olympus endoscopy systems and access to advanced surgical robotics

Schedule

  • Weekly split of 3 procedure days and 2 clinic days
  • Inpatient rounding supported by a Nurse Practitioner
  • Light call with one weekday per week and one weekend per month

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 with RVU bonus structure
  • Additional support options, including training stipends, mortgage assistance, and loan forgiveness
  • Full benefits package with health, dental, vision, disability, and employer-matched retirement
  • Six weeks PTO, including vacation and CME, plus an annual CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based practice environment
