This block-scheduled GI assignment offers one week per month of coverage with call that is typically managed from the hotel. ERCP is required, and travel accommodations are fully covered.

Practice & Cases

• Mix of inpatient consults and hospital-based outpatient procedures
• Adult-only patient population
• General GI coverage including rounding, consults, and endoscopy procedures
• Supported by gastroenterologists, APPs, anesthesia staff, and hospital teams

Schedule

• Monday-to-Monday coverage blocks
• Approximately one week per month
• Morning rounds, procedures, and afternoon consults
• 24-hour call while on assignment

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Idaho license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification required
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• BLS and DEA required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are covered
• Travel arrangements coordinated for scheduled coverage blocks
