Practice Setting

• Outpatient-only care for Medicare-aged patients (65+)
• NP, MA, and RN team support on-site

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Option for 4-day workweek
• Minimum 3-month assignment
• No call — maximize personal time

Cases and Procedures

• Traditional primary care: hypertension, diabetes, CHF, CAD, etc.
• No procedures required
• Focused geriatric care for a stable, chronic condition population

Requirements

• MD, DO, or NP with primary care certification
• 12+ months of clinical experience
• Active New York license required
• DEA certification
• Spanish fluency a plus
