Practice Setting

Schedule

- Options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
- Block scheduling options available
Procedures and Cases
- Standard outpatient Family Practice cases
- Includes some Chronic Pain Management
- Must be comfortable seeing all ages
- Procedures are not required
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine
- Active California state license required
- Must have at least 12 months of experience
- Current BLS certification
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
