Practice Setting

• 8 cath labs on-site (1 hybrid); shared with EP, structural heart, vascular
• Support from 14 APPs and anesthesiology team including cardiac-trained
• Accredited cardiac cath lab and chest pain center
• Mix of inpatient (40%) and outpatient (60%) cases

Schedule

• 3 half-days clinic to start, including 1 outreach site
• 4–4.5 total days/week including procedures
• No Saturday clinic; M–F morning clinic: 8:00 am–11:30 am
• Call: 1:4 rotation, includes weekday and Fri–Sun blocks

Cases and Procedures

• Standard interventional cardiology procedures
• TandemHeart in use; TriClip recently approved
• 1,100 PCIs and 3,000+ diagnostics annually
• No same-day discharge; overnight observation standard

Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• ACLS required
• Kentucky license or IMLC eligible
