This is a unique opportunity to take over an established patient panel with full robotic capability and a light, phone-based call structure. Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a team of 2 urologists at a respected regional hospital; 1 recent retirement opens room for immediate volume
  • Employed model with full subspecialty support and Epic EMR across all locations
  • Call is light and 1:6, with most calls handled by phone
  • Procedures include general urology, prostate, stones, and robotics (DaVinci Xi robot available)

Schedule

  • Choose between a 4- or 5-day workweek to fit your lifestyle
  • 1 OR day and 3 clinic days weekly, including 1 day/month at a satellite clinic 30 minutes away
  • Mobile lithotripsy unit every Tuesday and full in-office procedural support
  • Fast ramp-up with strong referral base and community demand

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary between $500,000–$600,000 plus RVUs ($61/RVU); current physicians earning $700K+
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
  • 6 weeks of PTO with $4,000 CME allowance included
  • Malpractice coverage with tail and a 3-year contract

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
  • Open to all experience levels; mentorship and growth support available
  • Comfortable with bread-and-butter urology and robotic-assisted procedures
