Practice Overview
- You’ll join a team of 2 urologists at a respected regional hospital; 1 recent retirement opens room for immediate volume
- Employed model with full subspecialty support and Epic EMR across all locations
- Call is light and 1:6, with most calls handled by phone
- Procedures include general urology, prostate, stones, and robotics (DaVinci Xi robot available)
Schedule
- Choose between a 4- or 5-day workweek to fit your lifestyle
- 1 OR day and 3 clinic days weekly, including 1 day/month at a satellite clinic 30 minutes away
- Mobile lithotripsy unit every Tuesday and full in-office procedural support
- Fast ramp-up with strong referral base and community demand
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary between $500,000–$600,000 plus RVUs ($61/RVU); current physicians earning $700K+
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
- 6 weeks of PTO with $4,000 CME allowance included
- Malpractice coverage with tail and a 3-year contract
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Open to all experience levels; mentorship and growth support available
- Comfortable with bread-and-butter urology and robotic-assisted procedures
