This full-time Obstetrics & Gynecology opportunity offers a balanced clinical and surgical practice with steady volume and structured support. Practice Overview

• You’ll join a team of 14 OB/GYN physicians supported by experienced medical assistants and clinical staff
• Balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology with strong surgical volume
• Weekly blocked OR time with access to robotic surgery
• 1:6 call covering only your organization’s patients, with optional additional call for added income

Schedule

• 4-day clinic workweek (Monday–Friday), 8:00 am-4:00 pm
• 30–35 patients per day with ability to build a full panel within 3-6 months
• Average of 140 monthly deliveries across affiliated hospitals
• Dedicated surgical block time ensures predictable procedural scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

• $244 per billable hour with typical annual earnings of $350,000–$400,000
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable practicing full-scope OB/GYN, including C-sections
• Interest in maintaining both obstetric and gynecologic surgical volume
• Team-oriented physician committed to serving a broad patient population
