Practice Overview

• You’ll join an established hospital-employed urology practice* Dedicated robotic access with a Da Vinci XI platform and dedicated urology OR availability
• Built-in referral network from employed and independent primary care physicians across a large regional draw area
• Opportunity to step into immediate patient demand with limited local competition and strong procedural volume

Schedule

• Four-day work week available with predictable weekday clinic hours
• Balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and OR time with block scheduling available
• Shared consultative call supported by a larger regional urology group with phone-only overnight coverage
• Average daily patient volume of approximately 23–28 patients with strong surgical demand

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary $700,000 plus additional RVU production incentives
• $100,000 sign-on package with residency stipend opportunities available
• 5–6 weeks of paid time off plus annual CME allowance
• Full benefits package including malpractice coverage, retirement match, health, dental, and vision insurance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Comfortable managing a broad range of general urology cases and procedures
• Must be eligible to practice in the United States without visa sponsorship
