Cardiology Locums Physician - Michigan, 2 Weeks a Month

General Cardiology assignment in Michigan with inpatient, clinic, and procedural work; just 2 weeks/month required.

Highlights

• No supervision, autonomy from day one
• Minimum 2 weeks/month, preference for 3
• Long-term need; ongoing into next year

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic
• Procedures based on experience (Cath, TEE, Cardioversion, etc.)
• APP support (1 APP on maternity leave in Oct)
• EPIC EMR + Dragon dictation

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 1:2 call rotation, including weekend coverage
• Orientation paid separately

Cases and Procedures

• New and established patient visits
• Reading imaging and stress tests
• Diagnostic caths, TEE, loop implants (if desired)

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years)
• Active Michigan license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS required
