Cardiology Physician – Michigan Locums, No Supervision Required

General/Invasive Cardiology assignment in Michigan; clinic, inpatient, and procedures included.

Highlights

• No supervision required; autonomy from day one
• Minimum 2 weeks/month; preference for 3+ weeks

Practice Setting

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding
• EPIC and Dragon used for charting and dictation
• APP support (1 APP on maternity leave in October)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 1:2 call rotation required; includes weekend coverage
• Orientation paid separately

Cases and Procedures

• New and established patient visits
• Imaging and testing reads
• May include diagnostic caths, TEE, cardioversions, and loop implants
• 50 case logs required from past 12 months

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years of training)
• Active Michigan license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS required

Travel Accommodations
