  • Supported by 3 optometrists and an experienced team of technicians handling testing and optical services

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $450,000-$475,000 for the first two years
  • RVU-based production model from day one with upside beyond the guarantee
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus paid over four years
  • $20,000 relocation assistance plus 6 weeks of paid time off annually

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Surgical experience or training in cataract and glaucoma procedures
  • Open to experienced physicians and upcoming residency graduates
  • Strong interest in developing a long-term practice within a growing service area
