Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a group of 6 rheumatologists with over 40 years of trusted service in the community
  • Modern main office with 11 exam rooms; satellite clinics feature 4 rooms each
  • On-site infusion suites with 14 chairs at the main location and 4 at each satellite
  • Supportive team culture with physician mentorship, clinical resources, and administrative backup

Schedule

  • Flexible 4-day (10-hour) or 5-day (8-hour) workweek available
  • Minimum of 36 clinical hours weekly, plus 4 hours for admin
  • Patient volume ramps to 15 to 18 daily
  • No weekends, nights, or after-hours clinic coverage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary between $130,000 and $160,000, based on experience
  • Full benefits package including medical, retirement, and generous PTO

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with rheumatology experience or genuine interest
  • Comfortable managing autoimmune conditions such as RA and lupus with physician support
  • Proficient in follow-ups, medication management, infusion oversight, and patient education
  • Team-focused mindset with a passion for long-term patient relationships
