Emergency Medicine Opportunity In South Carolina- Weekly Pay, Night Shifts

A hospital in eastern South Carolina in search of emergency medicine physician coverage as soon as credentialed!

Schedule :

• Nights only, 11p-7a
• Open to working around the providers availability
• Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Orientation the weekday prior to first shift

Practice Details:

• Level 2 trauma but operates as a level 1
• Very low transfer rate – only transfer for burns, amputations and some high risk OB. Separate Psych area
• ED volume: 190 visits/day on average. Other EMs on site
• Procedures: Must be comfortable seeing anything that comes into the ER
• Support staff: EMs, APP support (5 in total, mix of NPs and PA’s), APP extenders, and Scribes.
• Peds & adults

Requirements:

• Board certified in Emergency Medicine
• Active SC medical license, DEA, & CSR.
• Comfortable with peds, adults, and all ER procedures

Travel/Lodging:

• Flight, lodging, rental car, and/or mileage fully covered
