    Practice Overview

    • You’ll join an academic dermatology team with an established residency program and 9 rotating residents
    • High-volume clinic seeing approximately 100 patients per day with efficient workflows and support
    • Access to a Mohs surgeon on staff and opportunities for procedural collaboration
    • Blend of clinical dermatology and academic involvement with protected teaching time

    Schedule

    • 4 days in clinic and 1 dedicated academic day per week
    • Clinic hours from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 1:6 call rotation with very light call burden
    • Structured schedule designed for consistency and work-life balance

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary structure with clinical and academic components plus strong productivity upside
    • Year 2 income potential approaching $400,000 with quarterly incentive opportunities
    • Signing bonus plus retention bonus after 3 years
    • 5 weeks PTO, CME allowance, and full benefits including retirement options

    Candidate Requirements

    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
    • Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
    • Interest in academic medicine and working with residents
    • Open to H1B and O1 visa candidates
