    • Streamlined Start : Begin ASAP with temporary privileges available for clean credentialing histories.

    ### Requirements

    • Board Certification : Gastroenterology
    • Licensure : WA state license or IMLC
    • Certifications : ACLS and BLS
    • Credentialing : 60-90 days, with temporary privileges available
