Practice Setting

• Inpatient Emergency Department with Cerner EMR
• ~19,000 annual ED visits
• Work alongside APPs; MD signs off on charts
• Mix of trauma and medical cases

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Open to night shifts preferred
• Minimum of 4 shifts per month

Cases and Procedures

• All ages: pediatric through geriatric
• Common EM procedures: intubation, central lines, chest tubes, laceration repair, I&D, reductions

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine (within 5 years)
• EM residency completed
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required

Travel Accommodations
