Practice Overview

  • You’ll join an established gynecologic oncology team alongside board-certified physicians, six APPs, and dedicated oncology support staff
  • Practice focuses primarily on gynecologic oncology with strong surgical volume, minimally invasive procedures, and robotic surgery access
  • Integrated collaboration with medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, pathology, infusion services, and research teams
  • Join one of the region’s leading gynecologic oncology referral programs with continued growth in patient demand and expanding oncology services

### Schedule

  • Balanced weekly structure with approximately 2–3 OR days and 2 clinic days per week
  • Dedicated robotic surgery and OR block time available across multiple affiliated hospitals
  • Typical clinic volume ranges from 20–30 patients daily with APP support assisting workflow and patient management
  • Shared call structure with APP first-call coverage and additional fellow support during portions of the year

### Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary ranging from approximately $500K–$750K based on experience
  • Established referral patterns and surgical demand support realistic earnings exceeding $1M
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and potential loan repayment support available

### Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecologic Oncology with fellowship training required
  • Robotic surgery experience strongly preferred for this role
