Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital with ICU and med surg beds
• Average daily census of 8, max 20
• 4 LDR beds with OB support onsite
• Subspecialty backup, including General Surgery and Anesthesia

Schedule

• 24-hour shift coverage
• Multiple spring blocks still available
• 7 to 10 shifts per month typical model
• Call room available onsite

Cases and Procedures

• Pneumonia, sepsis, DKA, respiratory failure
• Vent management required
• Intubations and central lines required
• Leading codes and rapid responses

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med Peds
• Active Colorado license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA
