** Practice Setting**

• Adult-only patient population
• Support from 1 MD, 2 NPs, CDE, and a full clinical staff

• Community-focused Endocrine practice

  • IR handles procedures – no biopsies required

** Schedule**

• Monday to Friday, 8a–5p

• Minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month or 2–3 days per week

  • 10 days of call per month
  • On-call clinic days end at 3pm

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Endocrinology
• West Virginia medical license
• Active BLS and DEA required
• Open to IMLC physicians
