Practice Setting

Schedule
- Only 2 weeks per month
- Typical shifts are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Coverage includes occasional night and weekend call
- Call is Beeper type with a 15-minute response time required
Procedures and Cases
- Target patient volume is an average of 10-15 patients per day
- New patient consults are booked for 60 minutes; follow-ups are 30 minutes
- Scope is Hematology and Oncology coverage; no inductions performed at the facility
- Weekly tumor board and onsite genetic counselor are available
Requirements
- Must be a Physician (MD/DO) with an active MI license
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology is required
- Fellowship is preferred
- Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications
Credentialing Requirements
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days
- Must obtain hospital and/or surgery center privileges
Compensation Details
$515/hour
