OBGYN Physician Opportunity in Yonkers, New York

OB/GYN Physician | $350K+ Base | Established Patient Panel | Westchester County, New York

Join a physician-led women’s health group with locations in Yonkers, White Plains, and Rye. This full-scope OB/GYN position offers an established referral network, immediate patient demand, dedicated surgical time, and a flexible call structure with hospitalist and laborist support.



Position Highlights

• Employed, full-scope OB/GYN position
• Practice in Yonkers, White Plains, or Rye
• Established referral network with immediate patient volume
• Full patient panel expected within approximately three months
• Physician-led organization focused on long-term growth and stability
• Experienced support team including MAs, LPNs, RNs, NPs, PAs, and a Midwife

Schedule & Clinical Resources

• 3.5 clinic days per week
• 1 dedicated surgery and call day per week
• Flexible office hours, typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Approximately two weekend call rotations per quarter
• Flexible call structure based on hospital affiliation
• Hospitalist and laborist support available
• Dedicated OR time for minor and major procedures
• Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery technology
• Athena EMR for outpatient care
• Epic EMR for inpatient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $350,000–$450,000 based on experience
• Total earning potential exceeding $500,000 through RVU incentives
• Transition to productivity-based compensation model
