Practice Overview
- Team-based practice with two endocrinologists and two APPs, supported by dedicated MAs, LPNs, and an on-site dietician
- One hundred percent adult endocrinology with a broad case mix including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, osteoporosis, and obesity
- Brand-new clinic space in a modern medical tower connected to a community hospital
- Shared inpatient consults across the group with no procedural responsibilities
### Schedule
- Four and a half clinic days with a half-day reserved for administrative time
- Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Average of 50 patient visits per week with 30-minute new patient visits and 15-minute follow-ups
- Shared call rotation that is low volume and primarily phone-based
### Compensation & Benefits
- Generous base salary plus $50 per wRVU with an annual target of 6,100 or more wRVUs
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance provided

- CME time and allowance included
- No non-compete clause
### Candidate Profile
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana
- Comfortable managing CGMs, insulin pumps, and complex endocrine conditions
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
