Anesthesiology Coverage Needed Near Yellowstone

We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide locums tenens coverage at our healthcare practice. The area is located one hour from Yellowstone National Park, and offers breathtaking views, abundant wildlife, and endless outdoor adventures year-round.

** Practice Setting**

• Level IIII Trauma Center
• 200 deliveries and 1,1750 surgical/procedural cases annually

• Supervision of 2 CRNAs and a backup CRNA

  • Competitive compensation with rate increase

** Cases and Procedures**

• 35% gastrointestinal cases, 20% general orthopedics, 35% general and other cases (such as obstetrics), and 10% neurosurgery and spine procedures
• Services include epidural anesthesia, regional blocks, emergency department procedures, and pre-operative patient data review

** Schedule**

• 1-3 weeks per month ideally (coverage as needed)

• Willing to accommodate any coverage the provider can offer

  • Weekdays shifts are 7 AM -5 PM
  • Weeknight primary call is 5 PM -7 AM
  • Weekend primary 24hr call is 7 AM - 7 AM

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• BLS and DEA certifications
• IMLC or Wyoming state medical license
