Anesthesiology Coverage Needed in Wyoming

We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide locums tenens coverage at our healthcare practice in Wyoming. The area is located one hour from Yellowstone National Park, and offers year-round views of local wildlife and foliage, as well as countless opportunities for outdoor recreation.

** Practice Setting:**

• Level IIII Trauma Center
• 200 deliveries and 1,1750 surgical/procedural cases annually
• Supervision of 2 CRNAs and a backup CRNA

** Cases and Procedures:**

• 35% gastrointestinal cases, 20% general orthopedics, 35% general and other cases (such as obstetrics), and 10% neurosurgery and spine procedures
• Services include epidural anesthesia, regional blocks, emergency department procedures, and pre-operative patient data review

** Schedule:**

• 1-3 weeks per month ideally (coverage as needed)

  • Weekdays shifts are 7 AM -5 PM
  • Weeknight primary call is 5 PM -7 AM
  • Weekend primary 24hr call is 7 AM - 7 AM

** Requirements:**

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• BLS and DEA certifications
• IMLC or Wyoming state medical license
