    Practice Setting

    • Outpatient primary care center with onsite lab, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health
    • Patients are aged 2 years and up
    • Average volume of 12-15 patients per day

    ** Schedule**

    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday

      • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    ** Cases and Procedures**

    • Primary care, chronic care conditions, acute sick visits, wellness exams

      • Procedures include immunizations

    ** Requirements**

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
    • BLS and DEA certifications
    • Licensed in California
    • Credentialing timeframe is 7 days with TB test and full drug screen

    $130/hour
