** Practice Setting:**

• Stand-alone combined ER/Urgent Care (Open 24/7)
• ER operates 24 hours; Urgent Care operates from 7 AM to 10 PM

• Support from 2-3 nurses, 4 technicians, and NPs or PAs

  • No ambulance patients

** Schedule:**

• 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM)
