Practice Setting:

  • Join a team of 8 OBGYNs in our award-winning healthcare system

    • Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology, Oncology, Neurology, and General, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecology/Oncology, and Oncology Surgery.
  • New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
  • Level III NICU with 11 beds, staffed with Stanford Neonatologists
  • DaVinci XI is available for those interested - not required to use
  • The team averages around 115-120 deliveries per month
  • Anesthesia is onsite 24/7 with a backup 2nd on call nights & weekends

Schedule:

  • Busy practice being able to see as many patients as you're comfortable with
  • Clinic and hospital call overlap on the same dates for a work/life balance
  • OB hospitalist is onsite 24/7 (you're OB backup)
  • OB call rotations within group OBs and FM/OB physicians, GYN call rotations within the group, and 1 URO/GYN physician

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $375k base compensation + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential (the team is averaging $447k)

    • $50,000 recruitment incentive
    • Student loan forgiveness

  • Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plan with contribution, malpractice coverage, CME allowance & time, plus 4 weeks of paid time off
