Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. New Graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities for those starting their careers.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including:
- Preventive care
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Women's health
- Minor procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Experience working in a community health setting preferred
