Ongoing Critical Care Assignment - SC

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Critical Care Physician to join our team in South Carolina on a locum tenens basis. This is an inpatient, ongoing assignment, with expedited credentialing available for a clean background.

** Qualifications:**

• Board-certified or eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Valid South Carolina medical license
• ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications required

** Practice Setting:**

• Join a facility with 6 PICU beds and 2 additional observation beds
• Average volume of 2-4 PPD, with approximately 2,800 annual births
• Support staff includes an additional physician and a full team of sub-specialty backup

** Schedule:**

• Inpatient position

• 15-16 shifts per month, ongoing

  • 24-hour shifts (7am - 7am)
  • Call is required

** Cases & Procedures:**

• Provide general rounding and patient care for critically ill pediatric patients
• Perform essential procedures such as intubation, line placement, and spinal taps
