Pediatric Assignment in Gainesville, Florida

Support Florida's largest pediatric practice! This locum tenens opportunity offers a manageable patient load in a well-equipped practice. Provide general Pediatric care with no procedures, weekend, or overnight call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician
• Active Florida medical license
• DEA certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

** Practice Details:**

• Access on-site services, such as lab and X-ray, free support groups, chronic disease management assistance, educational and safety classes and events
• Florida’s largest privately owned primary care pediatric practice offering comprehensive services to all patients

** Schedule:**

• This assignment begins September 16 through October 31
• Hours are 10 AM - 5 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• No weekend or overnight call required

** Cases and Procedures:**

• The patient panel consists of pediatrics (newborn -18 years old)
• The average volume is 10-22 patients per day

• Types of cases include General Pediatrics, with a mix of well and sick visits
