Compensation:
- Base Salary between $325,000-350,000
- An estimated $200,000 in additional incentives inclusive of call play and quality metrics
- Exceptional comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans
- Generous CTE allowance and paid time off.

Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling options
- Shared call duties
